The management here is awesome. They have the cutest events for residents. The eclipse party today with glasses and snacks was awesome and made my day!

I'll leave a more thorough review with photos when I have more time, but in short this is the most I've ever felt at home. The management and staff team, the amenities, the grounds and nearby parks, and of course the apartment itself are all so very inviting and comfortable. All of my wants and needs are met, and any issues or concerns we've had has been addressed courteously and immediately. We all know that management can make or break a place, but we have nothing but wonderful and impressive experiences with everyone we've met here. I tell my partner basically on a daily basis how much I love our home and how it feels like we're staying at a hotel. I would highly recommend Traver Courts to my loved ones, and I'm very proud to show this place off to my guests! Update: Since we're nearing our 1 year of being here, I figured I could give more details, but my review basically stays the same, only with more praise. It's an incredible place to live and I recommend it to everyone! The office is very community engaged and the complex frequently enjoys holiday celebrations and random treats to the tenants throughout the year. I would also mention that the parking lot layout here is brilliant. People don't seem to have to fight for spots, often parking in their "usual places" without issues, and none of the spots are far from the buildings themselves. This entire place is laid out very intentionally so traffic is minimal and without congestion. I've never seen the garbage over flowing as there are adequate dumpsters and recycling bins per tenants and the collectors come twice a week. These apartments have the best noise canceling, well insulated walls I've ever had compared to the other six apartments I've lived in. The neighbors have all been fantastic. Neither me nor my partner could think of anything negative to say about this place. The layout of the apartment also has a very nice, open flow to it which allows for two or more people to comfortably maneuver around each other. The varying ceiling heights give dimensionality to the space and makes it feel taller while still maintaining a cozy element. Initially, even though I was just happy to have them, I was worried that the washer and dryer might be on the smaller side, but after using it I've found that I actually prefer having smaller load sizes! My clothes feel like they are cleaner, drying and folding times are reduced, and I'm less overwhelmed by the laundry mountain now. Our last apartment claimed to have more square footage, but this place certainly feels bigger. The surrounding neighborhoods are a joy to walk through, multiple parks within walking distance, various water features nearby, and convenient shopping within a short driving distance.

I love living here! The maintenance group very kind and respond quickly. If youre looking for a home and not just an apartment, this should be your first choice.
