Nice to be able to do a sleep study at home, however the equipment that I received may have been faulty. The pulse ox finger sensor cord had to be held at just the right angle for the light on the main controller to turn green, and if I moved at all, it would turn red and would have to be fiddled with more to get it back to green, and then as soon as I got it back to green and tried to settle in again to sleep, it turned red again. Hard to get a good night sleep when you're constantly fiddling with the equipment to get it to work. I also was charged the full 150 for the study after I was told I'd be charged only 21 dollars after insurance, but after a quick call to the office, the lady who answered the phone told me it was an error on their end and would refund me. 1 star for equipment, but earned one back for nice office lady.

Night Hawk strives to be the best and it shows. Unfortunately, with nearly 40,000 satisfied patients there remain a few with a concern. Generally, concerns are misunderstandings that can be resolved if the patient contacts us. I am always interested in being better at what we do and stand ready to address any concern directly and efficiently.

My experience with this company was awesome. I had to do to sleep studies at home. The 2nd one I do not have the money for up front so they allowed me to do payments within 3 months to have it paid off. They dropped it off by 4 o'clock the Day of the test and picked up the Next day after around 9 to 10. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My husband had an appt to drop off the machine for his sleep study. They took money from our credit card and no machine!! No call to confirm, no call to reschedule. What an awful, unprofessional business.
