        We have been with Del Barba for quite a few years. Jennifer Mason is our agent. She is always pleasant to talk to and definitely knows insurance. If there's a question where she doesn't know the answer, and that doesn't happen often, she always gets the info I need and gets right back to me.

        Ever since Ellen left My payments somehow... got taken off auto pay. No body calls me until the second month, then I owe late fees and a double payment n if I don't pay I lose my insurance. Who has 400 bucks lying around, not this guy I struggle with, and yes, I have money in my account that was never the issue Happend several times. the issue is resolved, but it should never have happened. I plan on changing companies as soon as I move. If Ellen were there, none of this would have happened, or if, if it did, Ellen would have called me the day after asking about my payment. That's customer service.

      Hi Dylan - we understand paying bills on time can be tasking. That said, our agency is not responsible for ongoing failed payments. The insurance company will, in fact, shut off auto-pay when payments continuously fail. We hope you're able to reconcile on your end. Thanks!
