        Mr. Spragg did my home appraisal, he contacted me as soon as he received payment for his services and wanted to come out the next day. I had to postpone and schedule for later date and he showed up on time and was very polite and respectful, even took his shoes off at the door. He came through my house inspected each and every room and was very professional. Thank you for a quality inspection/home appraisal... :^) Oscoda Mi

        We have been trying to do a follow up appointment. They did a no show on Friday. And wont answer our calls. How does a business conduct themselves this way is beyond me.
