Called to ask about drying wood. A woman answered the phone and was extremely rude, then lied to me on the phone, and when I went to ask a question to clarify her lie, she just hung up on me.
If you're in business, maybe you should hire someone who is at least simi-pleasant and doesn't make your company look bad and/or lose future business. Its not that hard to be simi-nice to people looking to give you money.
