Recently Totaled my car. And this agency has been amazing. Always return my calls. Answers any question. Abby has been phenomenal. So kind even during a mini meltdown of mine. Would Definitely recommend. Made this process very smooth. Even went above and beyond to help with my rental. THEY FOLLOW UP AND FOLLOW THROUGH.

Sam Rumbles is the man ! He and his team are really top notch, they offer great coverage and are very flexible with adjustments. Super easy to work with and I dont think Ive had an insurance team Ive liked better! They can hook you up with what you need for sure, and everyone there is super cool. Abby, Tala, Jordan, all of em! Actually, Sam and his team go above and beyond which this day and age you quite frankly never see Youll see it here tho ! Highly, highly recommended!

I wont ever recommend them to anyone. I think it is very unprofessional to make someone wait over a month for a refund after cancellation. There has to be a better system you guys can work on or something. They have a 7 day grace period to which you have to wait 7 days for your insurance to start. In my opinion I think thats an inconvenience to a consumer trying to get their vehicle insured and legal. Ive never had an issue with State Farm til now, I definitely will give my business to another company in our community. .
