        I bought furniture just under a year ago and one of the recliners malfunctioned. Went to Big Lots and followed their instruction on making a warranty claim with Broyhill. Vito followed up with me and he honored the warranty. He made it very easy.

        I went in today to purchase new living room furniture. The few things i did like, they had to order and had NO IDEA when it would arrive at the store. No thank you. Junk furniture! The floor models didn't recline , wouldn't go back into place. I'll go to Ashley's this weekend and get what I really want....furniture that does what it's supposed to do, is in stock and if not in stock can at least give you a delivery date.
