        Broke off a tooth and was in pain, so called this dentist office. Person that answered the phone seemed quite uncaring and said unless I was an established patient, she couldn't help me. When I asked where I might get care or get in to see a dentist, she just said I would have to call around. Thanks for nothing.

        Dr Seacrest is THE WORST!!! He is focused on the all mighty dollar and nothing else!! He made Dentures for my Mother.. They are horrible, they NEVER fit her correctly and he charged her a fortune and continued to charge her each visit when she returned to try and get a better fit.. She finally gave up because the $80 he charged her to make some adjustment that took 3 minutes and never helped was just ridiculous.. Told my Sister to not go to him.. She did, first filling SHES ever needed.. But he says oh you need a crown.. Ya not even lets try a filling but you MAY need a crown.. Straight to you need a crown.. Because thats a couple grand in his pocket!! DONT TRUST THIS MAN!! He will tell you you need the most expensive procedure and doesnt stand by his work!

      I understand your frustration. Unfortunately, we have far too few providers in the area for the needs of the community. I do my best to see all the patients that I can, but the need is often too much to accommodate everyone.I'm sorry for the situation and I wish you the best.

      This review is very disappointing.I always stand by treatment and deliver the highest quality care. When new dentures are made they frequently need adjustments, whether its to balance the bite or adjust for a sore spot that develops. I tell patients to expect it and let them know that I do NOT charge for such adjustments. I even tell patients that they can come back as much as they feel is necessary and I NEVER charge for such visits. I can assure you that I have never charged anyone for a denture adjustment on any that I have made.Also, I have never told a patient that they needed treatment that was unnecessary. It has not occurred, will never occur, and the accusation is untrue.
