Dental Clinics North - Alpena

This place is AMAZING. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was 100% comfortable. I highly recommend this place to everybody!!

Violated my Hippa rights fieing complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights (OCR). Have to say Alex is good worker Dr. Arsenault violated Hippa and di something very bad with my medical information -far from over discusted. Also was treated poorly. I will not go there again - Also not paying attention and they cut my inside lip cheek- Like going to processing plant put u thru dont care your done - Definatley be reporting to the state . Being a Social worker for over 30 yrs and in the medical field, what I saw and went through was horrible.

First issue it's takes months to get an appointment, I mean like 6 months out. Also, the staff there does and amazing job as far as cleaning and the front desk is super friendly, especially Al! However, the doctor Arsenault is mediocre and lacks experience. She will have you get dental work done that isn't as important and put off more important dental work. She only does the metal filling son the back teeth even if you want to pay more. She prioritizes smaller issues rather than bigger dental work. I am switching dentist unfortunately. And numerous people have had the same issue. Finally, I will say the schedulers for etting up the dental surgery for the children as so nice and super helpful!

The staff are very friendly. The complaint I have is what they call walk in service. You call the day before to schedule a walk in but then when you arrive it is a very long time. I understand others have/had "normal" scheduled appointment,however, only one staff member checked on me while I sat there. Maybe set aside a day of the week for walk ins.

I dont like to ask for help, and feel terrible to need to. They were so very kind to me, I actually cried. Great people with true care and compassion. I cannot day enough wonderful things about them!
