This review is late, but I thought I had already sent it. I wanted others know what good experiences I have had with WMCR. First, contacting them and making a reservation is fast and easy. Your receipt with reservation details is instantly emailed to you. They picked me up for an airport run(Allendale) on Christmas Day. I couldn't believe I had found some one who would give that level of service. The second time was was flying in after midnight, and they were there. I will continue to use and recommend them.

I am surprised that this service is only getting 8 reviews. Getahun was in contact with me during the whole process. He was very responsive to emails and promptly answered all my questions. Reservation through the website was easy. One thing I liked about the service is that they track the flight to make sure they pick you up at the best time. Getahun helped us load and unload the luggage from the nice SUV he have. While we were waiting at the airport, Getahun was continuously in contact with us using text messages. Another perk of the company is that you can know the cost through their website, which was convenient for me while planning my trip. Definitely a great service and I will use it again.

Very professional, easy to book, always on time. I started using this car service when Uber and Lyft had very few drivers during the pandemic and local taxi services also lost many drivers. I was stranded twice at the airport by a local taxi service due to lack of sufficient drivers in the area. West Michigan Car Service will track your flight and are easy to reach via text or telephone call if there are changes in your flight or other schedule. Cars are always spotless and the service is always friendly, professional and reliable. I have also booked their services for my family. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs to secure car travel in the area!

This is a great car service. We highly recommend them. We were overseas when our flight to Grand Rapids was canceled. The airline rescheduled our flight but couldnt get us any closer to Grand Rapids than Flint MI. WMCS brought us home from Flint even though it was 2 am. They were professional and easy to work with by phone and text, which was a great help given the 5 hour time difference. We would definitely use them again.
