Don't waste your time. No one showed up. I arrived at 5:04pm cause it says first come first served, and I figured I could get in and out swiftly. Left at 6pm after emailing the contact us on their webpage. No response yet either. Says only open Wednesday 5:30pm to 8pm on the voicemail and no one is checking that voicemail cause it's full.
As an update, it's been 2 months and I haven't even gotten a response to the email I sent.

Super friendly staff. I was treated well and I was very glad they were there to help. It's first-come-first-served, but both times I went I didn't have to wait very long.
