Mercy is definitely missing. So is some grace and human kindness. I have had repeated negative experiences across the system. I will avoid going to any Corewell Health location in the future.
Refused service at multiple locations, multiple times due to inability to pay.
Been charged erroneous ER bills to tell me what I already knew, and no service except a bill, and multiple times having to go to another ER elsewhere to be properly diagnosed and treated.
Financial Aid is a joke. Rude, epically inept, and clearly not helping anyone, but they have a 3rd party that can do payment plans now!!!!
It's profits before people.
The hard working men and women who work for this crony company, I am truly sorry. You are overworked, underpaid, and exploited. To those who try their best, my forever thanks and blessings.

I have to have regular lab work to monitor my reaction to medications, and I have also recently had a series of x-rays done. I enjoy using this location because the entire staff is very friendly and helpful every time I'm there. It's also a nice bonus that I never have to wait long to be called back for my tests.

Love having a lab so close to Marne. I've gotten in and out quickly in there too. Staff is very kind and helpful.
