        I live in an apartment and they sent someone over from West Michigan HVAC to fix my heater, which would not even turn on. Harry was very friendly and professional. He took time to explain and show me what the problem was. Harry was also wonderful to my Siberian Husky, who thought he came over just to play with her! I would definitely recommend this company. Service: Heating system repair

        Expensive! Service fee upon service fee. Mark ups galore. I wasnt home and never got a receipt. I called back to get a told $275 was for fees And labor, for an hrs work. Seemed a bit much. Probably all COVIDs fault lol Service: Heating system repair

        They set up a family friend's house of mine. They somehow forgot to connect a pipe or something because the ceiling started to leak. We called for them to fix it and they didn't call back. Eventually they said they would come at around 10 a.m. They came at 12. Not only did they cause damage on repair but couldn't even show up on time. Never again! Service: Install AC
