        First, the good: I was issued a free any-size beverage coupon for my trouble. I was extremely impressed with how they handled the situation! Second, the bad: My iced coffee was contaminated with what I believe to be quaternary ammonium sanitizer. My boyfriend and I both tried it, and with less than a sip, our mouths were burning. We've both worked in food service for years upon years... Quat sanitizer is not a mistakeable taste. So, aside from that dangerous mistake, I have always had good experiences at this location :)
