Probably the worst experience getting blood drawn. First, front desk acted as if I inconvenienced them and acted as if I was ignorant to if my doctor had ordered my blood to be drawn or notIm obviously there for a reason. Then, the nurse with the raspy voice had a horrible disposition l..as if she didnt want to be there. Proceeds to ever so aggressively shove the needle in arm so deep that I am still experiencing discomfort and bruising 2 days later. I warn you now..gonna somewhere else

Worst Lab ever when it comes to people behind the desk. They are so rude and unprofessional. Get some new people in this lab . They act like we are bothering them by getting our blood drawn

It was shocking walking into this building. It raggedy and was not a warm welcome at all. The front staff was rude, not personable or friendly at all, and I could barely understand one because she had a rough voice from smoking. This place does not feel clean or friendly. It smelled like cigarettes when I went to the window. I almost walked out but I just wanted to get it done. I shouldve just left and went to a different one. Im not sure how this place is still open. I dont even know if I trust the staff to have clean hands or clean needles.
