This is my first time coming to this location. I came in 4/6/23. There was a perfume that was suppose to be in stock here that I wanted to smell. I walked in and went straight to the perfume section. I didnt see the one I was looking for so I sprayed other perfume. An employee came up and asked if I needed help. I told her no. After that she just stood next to me and watched me. This made me feel uncomfortable. Ive never had this issue at other locations. I asked her where could I find a product she said its over there in the middle. I thought she would have shown me. It wasnt close by the perfume where I could see it. So I asked someone else. Im not sure if the employee in the perfume section was told to stay in that section to watch customers but you all need to figure something else out so customers do not feel this way. Then there was the other employee that rung me up. She seemed irritated after I declined signing up for a credit card. She just gave me my total she didnt mention that I had any points. So I informed her that I had points and a coupon. She kept giving me the total before I could get the barcode for her to scan. I will not return.

Elizabeth, the manager, was extremely helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and provided product suggestions and recommendations for my needs.
