Fresenius Kidney Care Allegan

My first impressions of the place was the staff are very professional. They care about your comfort. But sometimes the dialisys machine I'm on seems to frequently give the staff trouble. I don't know what's wrong with it. But overall they seem to be very busy and watch over the patients. I feel well taken care of. Having said that, I am having a problem with one of the nurses there. She insists on giving me a hard time on occasion. For example : i am told to show up on a certain day and time and when I do she insists I'm wrong. Even though I know I heard right.. I know what I was told. I think she's very rude .But it's only one person there who acts like this. The rest have been very nice. It's a clean facility. The receptionist is nice too. Too bad one person there is spoiling the time you have to spend there by giving patients a hard time.

Everyone is so kind to every patient. Keep you comfortable. Very knowledgeable answers all you questions. Very helpful with a variety of issues.

My mother was having a heart attack/stroke and they didn’t even notice. She died on her way home from dialysis. As a place full of medical professionals, you’d think they could have noticed and called her an ambulance. She may be alive today if it wasn’t for their negligence.
