This is such a disappointing experience for both the customer and for our mechanics. Unfortunately, this review was written by the customers wife whom we never spoke with personally while the vehicle was here, therefore much is this information is inaccurate. Thankfully after leaving us this review she did reach out and ask for clarification for herself as she was not fully aware of what had transpired.Facts include: Vehicle was brought in misdiagnosed (not by us).Customer requested and approved all work done before mechanics proceeded.Once problem was correctly identified, we discovered because of the age of the vehicle parts are no longer available outside of possible salvage yard parts.We do not install used or customer supplied parts but were willing to make an exception for this customer as he wanted to find his own parts online. He was unsuccessful. Customer decided to scrap vehicle and we offered him several contacts as well as trying to connect him with a couple of companies we personally spoke with on his behalf. Vehicle was left unassembled per customer's request. Customer became very agitated when we refused to pay his towing bill after he used foul language to us on the phone.Our mechanics went above and beyond to help this customer as he constantly stated he was disabled and had no help anywhere.We do not speak dishonorably to our customers, nor do we dishonor our owners or employees to our customers. Advice to current potential customers: call around and speak to others, ask for referrals, allow the word of mouth to speak of our reputation and how we run our business.
