I worked with Amy to buy my first home in early 2020. I was very intimidated by the home buying process, but I had decided that I wanted to invest in a home instead of paying rent on a house or apartment. So, I went for it and reached out to Amy. Her knowledge and assistance made me feel confident about buying a home from the first time I met with her. I didn't know exactly what I was looking for in a home so Amy took me around Lenawee County and showed me lots of different homes of every style and size. I felt that she was genuinely interested in finding a home that was right for me, instead of just trying to make a sale. After seeing about 15 homes, I finally found the perfect one and started the buying process. At this point, Amy provided me with useful input and several resources to ensure that I was getting a good deal and a good home. As the process went on, she kept me updated on what was going on and what the next steps were. Overall, my homebuying experience went very smoothly and I came out on the other end with a lot more knowledge and a home that is perfect for me thanks to Amy!
