From the moment we arrived at the tree farm, the service was impeccable. Brian took the time and had the patience to assist us to find trees for our yard after losing a black willow after the ice storm. Dennis assisted in making sure delivery was what we expected. Oscar and his crew took the time to make sure we placed the Arborvitaes exactly where we wanted them planted. Great customer service. I highly recommend Underwood Tree and Nursery.

$240 for rotten apples and pears. They said they didn't know they was spraying for worms. No rebate offered. Nothing but excuses. Underwood nursery 2 thumbs down

Had an appointment with underwoodsthey came out and said they had to run back to the shop to see if they had a part. Called and spoke with Tammy and asked her to please call me back with any updates. An hour went by and still didnt hear anythingI called back again and she didnt even call themshe called while I was on the phone with her. I canceled my appointment and will go with another company. They took up 3.5 hours of my day waiting for nothing

Bruce came to my house on Friday and I missed him because I was doing laundry. I called him back and he turned around and came back. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. He trimmed my blue spruce from the freeze damage we had this season. He even suggested to me how to keep some of the branches to keep some of my privacy( this was so important to me because I love my privacy). But he went beyond my expectations when he noticed a weed tree on the side of my house by suggesting it got cut down d/t eventually saying it could/ would cause foundation damage. I was so grateful. I was letting it grow for the shade but Im so happy he shared this information. He cut it down for me. Also, Instead of cutting down the top of my arborvitae that was damaged he suggested clamping it. The tree remains beautiful now due to his expertise and great work, I wanted to share this information with the company because in todays times, it is so hard to find great service. Thank you!
