Im tired of waiting 2 plus months for taxes after e filing through this place. I'm definitely never getting taxes done here again.

Had an appointment at 10am, nearly 30 minutes passed and they took in a woman who had an appointment at the same time who came in after me. Small, awkward, quiet waiting area with barely enough chairs. Ended up leaving without service, genuinely disappointed because I saw them advertise on a local page and wanted to check them out.

Eva has been doing my taxes for several years. I have always been pleased with the service. I have reduced my rating to one star. My 2022 taxes were done and I was told I owed nothing. I was given no copies showing the work done. Several months later I received a notification from the state I owed taxes and received a fine for not paying on time. I didn't even have to file. I tried to get an answer by calling and stopping by the office. I got no response. I went to a different service for my 2023 taxes and I will continue using them.

Ridiculous! They kept saying my return was going to be here this day and that day and it is still being processed!! They have been lying and giving me false answers!! Never going back again!! Absolutely Ridiculous!!
