        Despite what the signs and the website says this is a factory store and does not have the full range of products and sizes you would expect at a Brooks Brothers store

        Very rude staff. I earned some reward points in previous purchases but they just didn't allow me to redeem the reward. I argued citing their terms posted online but the mid-aged men at checkout just kept interrupting and said they don't offer any discounts other than listed in the store...

        Wouldnt allow me to exchange a shirt because the tag was missing, but I had the receipt. I bought the shirt from the exact same guy 3 days prior. I didnt even want a refund, just exchange for a different size. I spend thousands and thousands of dollars at this business but they couldnt swap a shirt, so Ill take my business else where
