From the start Amber Martin was a better choice as a real estate agent. She showed up with a folder full of comps to our first meeting, that led to a pricing strategy that was $35,000 higher than the closest agent. I would have written her off if she hadn't shown me the evidence that supported her plan, and I'm glad I didn't!
We scheduled an open house but before that came around, Lamacchia's internal network of agents found a buyer who paid $25,000 over the asking price that all the other agents thought was too high!!
She also gave excellent advice along the way, including when to push back against the buyers' demands. I will definitely hire her again when I need an agent in the area!
