I would never recommend her for any deal. In 2005 I bought a house through her. I was new in this Country and had no idea what I was doing. Last year we decided to move and buy another house. We decided to use her as our buyers agent. The biggest mistake we made by selecting her as our buyer's agent. We lost ATLEAST 4 properties just because she was asking for 3% buyers agent commission instead of the 2% provided by the sellers. I lost beautiful houses ranging in 250 K range. A property that we offered a price of 250K was sold someone else for 248.5K. We were declined because the seller would have to come up with additional 2.5K to pay her extra. This is not the only property, I lost several properties because of her. I was on a time bound schedule to buy the house so I was forced to buy a house by paying almost 20K more than my budget. When I realized that I was loosing deals because of her, I went to her Office to cancel the buyers agent agreement. When she realized that she was going to loose the deal completely that's when she agreed to accept the commission offered in the present house and the deal went through. I am happy with the house we bought, but we could have bought better properties than this one, at least 20K cheaper than this. In this economy 20K is a big amount. I would never recommend her for any property deal. S\ She is a very good person, very knowledgeable, has a very good family (because I happen to know her entire family) but she is greedy.
