Scheduled multiple times with this company to see different properties. The agent either kept canceling or didn't show up at all. One property smelt like something died in it. The agent acted as though he didnt smell anything & implied the previous tenants had a dog. It was not a "dog" I smelt. Again, it smelt as if something died in the apartment.

Completely unprofessional renting experience. The landlord never visited the property to make repairs and never replied to our needs as tenants. They rushed us into an apartment that had a red tagged broken stove. They never did fall or winter clean ups. They allowed 8 people to live in a 2br apartment despite several police reports and Board of Health violations. There was continual trespassing on the property and we never could have visitors. It was the worst renting and living experience I have ever had. Do not rent from this company they will never answer your calls. Also things went missing from our apartment and we never heard back from them. All they care about is money. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

They show their true colors within 18 months tops. First and last time I ever rented. They are slumlords. They stole , trespassed onto neighbors property and "YES" THERE IS A POLICE REPORT ON THEM.

They are great people.i went to a showing Wednesday anf by Friday i had an apartment and moving Saturday.
