        BEWARE!!! Nathan is a miserable angry rude human and if you ever complain about anything, he'll make sure he makes your life miserable.he will respond to this cause he's awful and wants to make himself look good.he discrimates against women who are disabled.he'll ignore you, he'll screw you in the end when you try to move.i finally escaped that prison.good luck if you rent from these people but if you don't have to,then run to the next place cause management and Nathan are awful and rude people.the BBB have been notified to.this company owes me 1000 and my lawyer will get it.do not rent from Kensington Management

        What is there to say the company is amazing and the apartments are beautiful and affordable even with housing they do a great job keeping up with maintenance of the property and always a phone call away if you need anything I would recommend them to my friends and family
