        My package supposedly needed a signature even though it's a keychain. They tried delivering it, but I wasn't home to sign off on it. When I left my notice in my mailbox for a redeliver on a day that I could sign for it, it just sat there in the mailbox for days!!!! Not only did I not receive any mail for awhile, but they threatened to send the package back to the buyee and that I wouldn't be able to get it!!!! So not only are they failing to deliver my package, but online you can't choose the redeliver option!! It does not work at all!!! So you have to go INTO the damn place and pick up the package yourself. I hope every delivery person is on strike, otherwise this is unacceptable and poor handling of peoples' precious cargo. Thanks USPS I will never use your service again!!

        This is the 3rd time my packages are marked as "delivered" but aren't actually there. It is frustrating that they continue to do this!

        I have never had a positive experience with the USPS. My packages go undelivered, go missing, and every person I have spoken to has been rude and unhelpful. I wish my tax dollars weren't being wasted on this.
