        I picked up a prescription for my newborn daughter and was very upset to learn that CVS would not cover the prescription under my insurance because my daughter, who is 8 days old, does not have a insurance card yet. All of her other medical appointments and expenses are covered under our insurance plan temporarily until we are able to register her. I find it unacceptable that CVS does not follow the same practice and I was therefore required to spend $24 on an essential medicine for my newborn child that should have been covered under my insurance plan for which I am already paying premiums.

        The pharmacy tech is fantastic!!! She is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable regarding the whole store. This CVS on Chandler St. in Worcester is the best in the city. They are busy but very efficient.
