OMG! Braces

I could have been contacted much sooner then the same day of my appointment to handle any billing issue. I was contacted the same day and had to reschedule for three weeks later. I have wisdom tooth that I have needed pulled two months ago. Your staff did not seem to care about my pain even though I had informed them that I have to take 800mgs if it prophen and apply ice to deal with my pain and discomfort.

The dental assistant that brought me back was amazing so polite funny and then the doctor came in.... With a big smile on his face he proceeded to tell me that he was afraid to extract a broken tooth because I have a history of seizures this is the first time anybody said anything like this and not only was I an extreme pain and wasted 3 hours of my day..now I just have to live with this tooth because he was too afraid. I will not be returning

I had a very bad experience with DR.Omar Alani. I understand that dental procedures can be stressful, I believe professionalism and empathy should be integral to the patient-doctor relationship, which, unfortunately, was sorely lacking in this case. What was rude was the dentist's tone and demeanor. He spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner when I asked a question, making me feel like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. The entire experience was marked by a lack of patience and courtesy, leaving me feeling unheard and uncomfortable throughout the appointment which made me worried about my son who he was doing the procedure on. I don't recommend that place at all. He also only works once a month so forget a smooth arrangement for a follow up appointment.
