        I went to this place for an alignment and they said the wait was 45 minutes, I was there for 2 hours and when they asked what was happening they said I had to wait 30 more minutes if you don't have anything to do you can go to this place so you can be there the whole day !!!

        Manager at the coast Square location is very friendly and knowledgeable. I expected to have to wait for my oil change to be done however I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I especially appreciate it them having me come and look at something under the hood they noticed that needed repairing. I would definitely recommend VIP.

        Staff were so friendly and helpful. They offered other options that may have my tire in stock because they unfortunately would have had to order it. 100% will be returning based on how they interact with customers.
