        Loved wings over since umass amherst visits. Best wings around only comment is my favorite kind is Jamaican jerk and it doesn't show as an option ordering online so I tried afterburner and got torched

        Order was delayed by an hour and a half. I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes. Crew member who answered couldn't find my order, and then when I asked how much longer it would take, told me her manager would have to answer that and put me on hold again. Another 10 minutes passes. Call disconnects. Is this really how you people treat your customers? This is insane. I regret every time I give this restaurant another chance. Absolutely never ordering from here ever again and telling everyone I know to do the same. Disappointing.
