        They don't do their own testing; they send it out to Quest Diagnostics. Quest doesn't automatically release results to the physician. The physician has to call Quest to request results. If the physician's office isn't aware of this, test results won't be available during a patient appointment. This results in unnecessary delays.

        I get blood drawn frequently and the phlebotomists are so nice. I'm so afraid of needles and they're as accommodating as they can be
