I used to live there a few years ago. The landlord is a slumlord. He over charged me for rent, and it was JUST A ROOM for $600/month. Other people who had or are living here pay less than that. It's also infested with mice and roaches. Expect to get easily sick, along with the crackheads and unsanitary conditions.
