Very honest and professional, the team did a great job and worked very hard doing a new boiler and hot water tank install, also helped with an unforeseen plumbing issue the same day. Rocky and his team genuinely care about the customer's needs and wellbeing. Highly recommend this company.

High efficiency furnace installed Dec 2021. Customer service was not the greatest then however my home needed heat and this organization was most available.Now Jan 2023 theres a bad pump within. Life expectancy no where near met. Was contacted by Rocky for resolution and he became nothing but defensive and had the not my problem attitude which led to confrontation. Not only was this furnace cash paid, he never had the required city inspection completed. If youre looking for smooth friendly customer service do not go there.

I’ve sent a text, I’ve called and left a voicemail, would like to make this right. Think we’ve had a miscommunication on this. The boiler was installed Dec of 21. We warranty the labor for 1 year from date of installation. Which would be Dec of 2022. The Burnham Alpine has a 5 year parts warranty, so if the “boiler” pump needs to be replaced the old pump can be returned for warranty purposes. However the labor to replace the pump would not be covered. The manufacturer Burnham does not cover the labor. As I mentioned previously I’ve reached out to the customer and would like to get this resolved, waiting to hear back at this point. Would like to clarify a couple things. The customer contacted us today January 26, 2024 not 2023. The customer originally contacted us in 2020 for an estimate. Then contacted us a year later about replacing the boiler. I have several emails back and forth. Customer service at that time was fantastic, I couldn’t have been more helpful. I helped her get the 0% Mass Save Heat Loan and the Eversource instant rebate at the time so she didn’t have to wait 6 weeks to receive a $2,750 rebate. And the job was paid with a bank check because it was the heat loan so not sure what “cash” paid means? And I set up an inspection on 1/5/23 between 2:30-3:30, and I have the emails back and forth with the customer. I don’t know why the inspector couldn’t get in, I wasn’t aware. I’ll have to find out why or what happened with that but permits were pulled and if wasn’t inspected I know it’ll pass inspection no problem. I would still like to get this situation resolved and hope customer does reach back out.

Rocky and his team really worked with me to complete a very tight and complicated washer/dryer install. So happy with results! It wasnt an easy job but he didnt overcharge and made it work! This is why Ive been a client of his for years!!

Extremely reasonable prices compared to other companies in the area (received some hugely inflated quotes prior) and no pressure from Rocky to commit to a proposal unlike some other companies in the area who were just too pushy.. especially regarding installation of the ductless mini split system. Like the fact that the company is small. Rocky has done work for us before and I have always found him to be trustworthy and honest. Darren and Rodney installed a tankless hot water heater and new steam furnace in December. They completed the work in 2 days and did an absolutely amazing job ,we are extremely pleased with the system ( and our lower gas bill of course !) and will be calling on Fresolo Plumbing without question for any of our plumbing needs in the future. Can't say enough.

Im so happy. R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating supplied and installed a new gas steam boiler in my home. They were top-notch, professional, efficient, pleasure to deal with. They installed and piped it perfectly. When its cold outside, my house is warm, cozy, quiet. They know steam! I highly recommend R. Fresolo Plumbing and Heating.
