DONT bother trying to book if youre a new client! This was the absolute worst customer service Ive ever experienced at a hair salon. I called the salon today to attempt to book a consultation for a color correction. Deb, the woman at the front desk, was very sweet when trying to find some availability in their schedule for me. Deb also told me she was new, so she had to ask a hair stylist from time to time some questions in regards to booking my color correction, which was fine. Im happy to wait to get booked. Eventually cindy, the stylist she had been communicating with to book my appointment, took over the phone call and I was met with worst, rude attitude and hostility. I ended up cancelling my appointment all together because I would never do business with people that treat others this way.
