Scheduled them to come out on a Tuesday for a quote to widen our gate, they had to reschedule to later in the week due to illness, not a big deal. They came out and took measurements on a Friday and said they'd have a quote to us Monday or Tuesday. Wednesday I emailed for an update. Never heard anything back. We had let them know it was a priority for us to make this happen quickly and this seems like it was nothing but a waste of time. Disappointing.

Just like other reviewers, got a quote for fence repair, they said they would be out to fix it within the next few weeks, then they totally ghosted. I called multiple times and received no response. Bizarre. Don't waste your time.

We had the pleasure of working with Doug and a few of his guys recently on our dog eared fence.. not only were they super friendly, they got our yard fenced in, in two days!! They worked very hard and meticulously and it came out so beautiful! I am so happy!

We received a quote which we accepted and were told by the owner that there was a backlog and there would be a few weeks delay. We stated that we could wait and even said we would wait til the fall. After numerous unresponsive phone calls, we never heard from them again. This spring my wife called to get a status on when they could do the job. Their employee was all apologetic and said she would get back to us. No response after two weeks. I called and got the same employee who basically told me they would not honor their quote and would re-quote the job but couldn't do so for weeks. I have no confidence that anything they say will happen. Do not do business with them because they are unreliable and do not stand by their word or quotes. I deal with vendors in good faith and expect the same in return. They are not one of those vendors.
