Food was really good! Unfortunately the employees were awful, they looked at me and my friends like they were angry at us and couldnt even respond to Thank you.

Stopped with with my 2 friends about 5 pm went went inside the Employee at the register had a piss poor attitude and looked like she hated her job. It really was uncomfortable ordering the receipt said employee A BROWN. She really needs an attitude adjustment.

DQ needs to hire better workers or pay them enough to care. Pulled up to the drive-thru at 9:30pm for ice cream. Before I said a word, the operator answered sorry we are only serving food for the rest of the night. They offered no explanation to indicate broken machines, out-of-stock product, or any reasonable cause. They were simply choosing not to serve it past a certain time. This is most likely because they had already cleaned the machines early, and just didnt want to deal with a late-night rush before clocking out at 10pm sharp. (I know, I used to work somewhere with lazy people like that, and its a common practice in the industry). Okay so that explains the long line of cars circling past the building and out the exit. I had to leave empty-handed too, and wont ever go back. Ive only been to a DQ a couple times, and yet this location turned me off against DQ altogether. For late-night cravings, better try Insomnia Cookies instead.
