Burgers are always on point but this location needs a good cleaning. Enough food on the floor behind the counter to make a few burgers. Tables and floor sticky. Was more impressed with other 5 Guys locations.

I downloaded the app and used it for the first time to order food!! It worked wonderfully and got exactly what I ordered! (Except they forgot to put BBQ sauce on my burger)!! But otherwise no complaints with the restaurant or the store staff! They were very friendly and helpful and greeted me with a smile! I loved the whole meal and it was a great time! I love their colors too; red, white, and black!! Awesome color choice!! They have the exquisite super modern soda pop and ice dispensers! Restaurant!! Parking: A lot of FREE parking spaces available!! Kid-friendliness: I saw a kid walk in and ordered a milkshake with his allowance. The staff was very friendly and helpful to him! Wheelchair accessibility: Door space is wide enough for a wheelchair to get in and out of.

Ordered a little bacon cheese burger and got no bacon, a lettuce wrap burger that came on a bun, and a shake that was missing its whip cream. Three out of four items wrong. I tipped for this? Mistakes happen, but I tried calling multiple times to get this fixed and nobody picked up the phone. The final nail in the coffin was that the voicemail box was full. Pathetic. Dietary restrictions: Completely ignored wheat allergy and gave a bun when lettuce wrap was explicitly ordered.
