Guy in milford in one of their trucks. rolled though a stop sign. I had no sign. Saw me coming and rolled right thru intersection in front of me. Had to jam on brakes to avoid hitting hit. Terrible driver putting my family in a terrible possible.

Rented a heated high pressure washer in late june and with the delivery, they dropped it off a couple days before the weekend and we had our crew come in on the weekend to do the work because it cant be done on weekdays, fired up the machine and the hot water burner wont come on at all, just cold water, which doesnt help us because we are cleaning oily parts. Called their support line which turned out to be some guy in india it sounded like and he cant help us at all. Messed with it for several hours with the who crew standing around making overtime and finally we had to give up. We called their manager on monday to explain, and had video of the whole problem and they told us not to worry that they wont charge us for this. Now we see charges on our card and are really dissatisfied. This is no way to run a business and treat customers.

From my first phone call to item pickup, customer service was friendly and excellent. Prices are definitely designed to make you jump to take things for longer, but sales people arent pushy. Will definitely go here for any equipment rental needs in the future.
