        STAY AWAY! I wish I could rate this review with negative stars.Dr. Michael Russo is not fit to perform procedures on a horse.  In 2014, I suffered an irreversible nerve injury to the lower left quadrant of my face.  The case was in court for over seven years.  I finally settled using a mediator but this butcher did not admit any wrong doing.Russo is arrogant and, in my estimation, incompetent.Turn tail and run!
