        I was a long time customer of Aspen. I had a root canal done in March 2021. Aspen failed to submit the bill to my insurance company within the 180 day time frame. I tried to dispute it, but my insurance wouldnt make an exception and cover it. I never received any kind of notification from my insurance company or Aspen regarding this bill. I was forced to pay over $600 I had to make several phone calls and two visits to the office before they could finally take my payment. I also asked them to send over my x-rays to my new dentist on three different occasions and they never sent them after they said they would. I wish I could rate them as zero poor Customer Service? How can I contact corporate ?

        Amazing dental personnel, right from the front desk all the way to the doctor. Theyre very respectful and polite. Its evident that they are very knowledgeable and professional in their field of expertise and highly experienced. My visit was amazing!!

        Edit: do not EVER. EVER. Go to an aspen dental. Go to a private practice and pay their self pay fees it will be far cheaper in the long run. Aspen dental is predatory and they will scam you at every turn. I went for my free new patient exam and asked multiple times at the front desk if I had copays due, if I would be billed, if I owed ANYTHING and I was repeatedly told no it would be free. That was back in January. Now its march and I get a bill for $294 for my free exam. Tried to contact the billing department FIVE TIMES TODAY and they hung up on me every single time. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and Ill take this as far as I have to to get this charge removed
