        They really need to maintain better mechanical maintenance. Wash quality is not good!

        I went for an express wash and the employee did not spray or sponge off the back window and back of my vehicle which was one of the main reasons I wanted to get my car cleaned since the winter salt had accumulated heavily there. I have gone there before and they always do this. After the wash I parked and checked and the back of my SUV was still really dirty. I walked over and asked the employee why it was not done and he showed me the sprayer was not working. I understand that. I then drove up again and asked if I could go thru again so the back could be sponged off with the manual sponge . He said no I would have to pay again. Really, bad customer service. If the service is not done right the first time do what you can to rectify the issue.
