Chris the owner of discount cars, has Excellent customer service. He is very flexible with customers needs as well as what the customer wants. Chris also lends an ear as well as a smile as he serves his customers. My car was hauled to a garage from ct to mass with a blown engine as the garage explained it will take 2 weeaks to fix. The rental company I go threw only had trucks avialable for a few hundred a day.They did not care about my situation as i asked if they could find me a car. They said there is nothing. I was over whelmed as I have to work.Someone referred me to CHIRS DISCOUNT CAR RENTAL in worcester. With in 20 min of our conversation, Chirs had me a car with of course a deposit like any rental. His deposit and car prices for a day was belowe average. He had me smiling and not feeling so over whelmed. He answered all my abnoxious calls immediately as I had to rent it day by day. Do to my finances I was not able to do weakly. He worked with me each day.Trust me I can be annoying.He always was calm and had all the answers. He is an amazing bussiness man who completes every customers needs at all hours. Hos cars are dependable as well. I would recommend everyone to go to him.

Chris provided me a car with no reservation last minute no hesitation. He was extremely helpful from beginning to end ! Both times I needed a monthly rental I got extremely clean and well maintained cars. Never once did I have any mechanical issues for my long distance commute to work HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
