        I have been one of Melainas clients for years and she truly is AMAZING. I moved 45 minutes from her salon and I still make the drive because her work is truly that great. Not only is she amazing with hair she also has the most genuine soul. She walks you through each step of the process and explains everything which I love. She makes sure you understand what she is doing and is always honest with what your hair can achieve in one session. She is so knowledgeable and I feel like she learns new hair techniques every time I see her! I would follow her whenever!

        So refreshing I am a 30 year old male I went here for a perm and the owner who was very sweet refered me to carol who has been doing perms forever. THEY WERE BOTH SO NICE and proffesional and the perm came out amazing, For way less then what I would expect. THIS PLACE IS A GEM. Thank you Novi Salon - Ryan ( Perm on 12/14/23)
