        Lousy management maintenance doesn't do much of anything other then walk around you can't even go talk to a member of management if you have a problem with a resident everything about Washington heights is a disgrace

        If i could give them 0 stars i would, because they don't deserve one at all. In my experience maintenance does a poor job fixing or getting orders done on time or all. Office staff worst experience ever talking or getting a hold of anyone on the phone. They offer the community nothing but trouble. Hard to get a hold of but quick when its convenient for them.
