They just do paperwork. You apply for physical therapy, but they do speech evaluation or other evaluations that are not necessary. Their some PTs are not pediatric PTs. They do not have any idea about infant physical therapy. They just play with your baby during the sessions. Just waste of your time.

Theyre all good. But Nicole (LICSW) is extremely good at her job. Her heart is in it. You can just tell.

Stay away if your child needs a PT. Don't waste your time, go directly to external organization or try different early intervention services. They will delay the services forever. Their process is completely screwed up . First they ask for their first meeting where you do paperwork, then they offer evaluation which will last for couple hours. Though they knew that in my case my 10 months daughter does not sit without support and just needs some exercises for the back muscles, they put her through their complete survey which is actually targeted for the speech. And Surprise! None of those who came to do evaluation is PT specialist. Another week passed, then they call telling that they found PT and require another meeting to make a plan. Yeah!!! Paperwork is main priority in this organisation and ta-dam... they will require another hour. So imagine you are a working parent who spent almost 4 hours for nothing!!! Go elsewhere else. Try your luck! I hope there are normal organisations who value your time.
