Dori provided a home valuation for me. She was knowledgeable, thoughtful and thorough. When I had follow-up questions, Dori quickly set up time with me to answer all my questions and make sure I fully understood what everything meant. One of the main qualities I look for in a professional is their ability to educate me throughout the process. To me, this builds credibility and trust, and most importantly, helps me make informed decisions.
