        They do not take in person orders and usually result to only taking online orders on most days because they are running 30+ minutes behind on fulfilling. Don't think it's the staffs fault, I think Chipotle cannot handle the order volume and do not have a handle on their online ordering system. Again none of this is the staffs fault, they have always been super nice and have done their best to fulfill orders.

        Awful experience. Order was wrong, no silverware, waited 10 minutes last ready time. Great end to an exhausting travel day.

        Avoid - ( i have given them multiple chances over the past few months, thinking maybe I just hit a bad day). Went there today; First open your doors on time. Im standing outside looking in at 10:50 ( opens at 10:45) staff leaning on the counter watching me wait. Placed my order - no fajita veggies The lady at the counter said she just there. Im thinking ok maybe you should have gotten there earlier The woman in charge said they were short handed. There were 6-7 people working and they just opened. Got the chicken although looked like it was over cooked ( should have passed on it) was over cooked and really dry. Im thinking it was left over from the previous night. I love chipotle my whole family loves the food. But poor service and quality of food ruined the experience today for me
