        Horrible service. During my husands extended illness our exceptional nurses and doctors at Beth Israel Lahey have been incredible. However, Apria has had horrible customer service, errors in supplies, and equipment sent home with us that was faulty. We are nice people who have had our stressful situation made worse by this company I have to post a followup thankyou to Sheila in supplies ordering. Her professional manner and help redeemed yet again another mistake. Thankyou for h er five star help today
