I had a great experience in the dual diagnosis program. I notice a lot of the bad reviews are from parents who think a 2 week program would magically solve their kids mental health problems. Nowhere will this happen. People there care - and as an actual patient who has gone to many prgs this one is really good

inappropriate level of paperwork, invasive questioning that goes outside the bounds of mental health, mask nazi jabsters run the place, and they truly don't care about you, they just want those 45 minutes to pass and for you to GTFO so they can collect the insurance money.  in lieu of expert advice, they will only try and put you on poisonous drugs that make your situation so much worse.

This is not at all a safe place for anyone, especially not vulnerable people. It is unsafe, unprofessional, and your concerns will not be met. Please do not send anyone you love here. The staff are untrained and abuse their power.

ANN@ INTAKE when no one would call me back and if they did they would say not Taking New patients good luck and hang up then there was ann@ intake she called me back and called me back and called me back for days weeks months but I kept missing her calls but she NEVER GAVE UP AND NEITHER DID I AND THAT'S WHY IM HERE TODAY after2 months of back and forth I got a call just last week my Dr had just hired a new therapist and I started this week so I called Ann and thanked her she replied on a recorded message LOL. I. didn't do anything she says YES YOU DID YOU CARED WHEN no one else DID
